DescriptionJoin our Network Operations Center team and help optimize Amazon's last-mile delivery network by transforming complex operational data into actionable insights. You'll partner with cross-functional teams to standardize processes, drive automation, and enhance the experience for station operators and delivery service partners across our global network.Key job responsibilities Analyze operational data and performance metrics to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement across the last-mile network, translating findings into clear recommendations for stakeholders Coordinate cross-functional initiatives with Last Mile operations, planning, channel, and technology teams to design, test, and implement standardized work processes that reduce variability and improve consistency across stations and regions Develop and enhance reporting tools, dashboards, and data processes that increase the availability and granularity of actionable insights for internal and external partners, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility Drive process improvements and automation solutions that streamline repetitive station tasks, reduce manual work, and enable field leaders to focus on partner and driver experience while supporting network growth Plan, track, and communicate progress on team goals and business initiatives, including segmenting objectives, measuring attainment, and adjusting strategies based on performance data and stakeholder feedbackA day in the lifeAs a Network Operations Center Program Manager, you'll focus on improving first-mile performance and evolving our operational processes to meet growing network complexities. Your day might include analyzing performance metrics to identify optimization opportunities, collaborating with Last Mile operations and planning teams to implement standardized work processes, and developing enhanced reporting tools that provide actionable data to internal and external partners. You'll also work on segmenting business goals, measuring progress toward key initiatives, and communicating findings to stakeholders across multiple teams.
