This is a part-time, 20 hours per week, Monday through Thursday position. The wage range for this position is $20.83 to $22.00 per hour.The FRC Administrative Assistant uses strength-based practices to support parents and caregivers of young children. This position focuses on program support through data collection, data entry, reporting, social media, marketing, and family event support. The Administrative Assistant helps families connect with community resources and child care services while assisting with outreach activities, parent programs, and promotion of Family Resource Center services.Essential FunctionsFamily & Community SupportHelp families find community resources and child care optionsShare program flyers, resources, and information with familiesSupport program activities by providing child care, assisting with food preparation, and collecting intake forms, sign-in sheets, and surveysKeep resource and referral information up to date at the Family Resource CenterSupport a clean and organized environment by maintaining toys, organizing spaces, and assisting with the setup and takedown of learning areasProgram PromotionUtilize Canva to create flyers, posters, newsletters, and other marketing materials to promote Family Resource Center programs, services, and eventsHelp manage social media posts and online program promotionAttend community events to share information about Family Resource Center programsReporting & Data ManagementTrack program attendance and participation dataUse established forms to collect demographic information, participant feedback, and family pre/post assessments.
