Job Descriptions Part 1: Legal & Strategic FrameworkOversee and confirm trademark registration status in each operating country. Part 2: Sales, Brand, and Retail StandardCommunicate product launch timelines, special pricing calendars, and marketing campaigns.Align distributors with pricing guidelines and compliance requirements.Distribute and uphold brand assets including the Brand Book, CI guidelines, and store design directives.Support annual theme implementation and ensure consistency in visual merchandising (VM) standards. Part 3: Product ReadinessFinalize HS codes and export documentation (invoice, packing list, Form D/E, C/O).Coordinate export registration processes as required by local authorities.Develop logistics SOPs, defining responsibilities for booking, tracking, and customs clearance.
