About Our GroupSlider Operation & Development Integration is performing process sustaining, process development, slider manufacturing supporting and equipment maintenance. Our maintenance group are in charge all Slider process, Row Slice / Bar Lap and Pit Stop equipment and chemical management. To supports machine capacity improvement per IE model, set up new equipment, preventive maintenance, transfer new technology from PTD, yield improvement, sustainable or better machine quality and reliability productivity.About The Role - You WillSet up new equipment and perform preventive maintenance. Manage, plan, follow up issues and delegate some assignments to frontline technician. Work with process and product’s team to verify and provide action for yield improvement and corrective actions the problematic issue. Initiate new technique and method for machine capability and accuracy improvement. Support machine conversion plan per factory requirements Support and maintain machine OEE per IE requirements. Improve machine functional to prevent machine excursion impact to quality and yield. Cooperation work with process, Development, Production, IE, Planer and EHS About YouAble to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams. Able to prioritize multiple tasks, manage conflicting deadlines, and work effectively in a dynamic environment. Excellent teamwork, leadership, organization, and presentation skills. Ability to effectively plan, control and take responsibility for timeline and status update. Fluent in English communication, both spoken and written. Your Experience IncludesEducation: Bachelor or Master’s degree in Mechanical engineering, Mechatronics, Robotics and Data Science, or related fields. Experience: Welcome new graduate or 1-3years in mechanical design/improvement or manufacturing engineering. Mechatronics Expertise: Strong knowledge of mechanical design, electrical systems, and control theory; experience with PLC programming (Siemens/Rockwell), robotics, and safety standards (ISO 12100, PL/SIL). Machine Vision & Sensors: Familiarity with industrial vision systems (Cognex/Keyence) and sensor integration for automation. Data Analysis & IoT: Ability to collect and analyze machine data using Python, SQL, and visualization tools (Power BI/Grafana); understanding of OPC UA/MQTT protocols. AI/ML Applications: Basic to intermediate skills in machine learning for manufacturing (defect detection, predictive maintenance) using frameworks like TensorFlow/PyTorch; edge deployment experience is a plus. Project Management: Competence in planning (WBS, Gantt), risk management, vendor coordination, and execution of automation projects; familiarity with FAT/SAT and compliance standards. Tools & Software: Proficiency in CAD (SolidWorks/Inventor), PLC/HMI platforms, SCADA systems, and version control for ML models. Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, cross-functional communication, and ability to work in fast-paced manufacturing environments.
