Job Description
MISSIONS :1. Strategy & Deliverable DevelopmentPrimarily responsible for developing, assessing, and optimizing Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) in accordance with the maintenance strategy in place.Produce and ensure the quality of maintenance deliverables according to the project contract scope of work and company standards.Involved in preparing Equipment Criticality, FMEA studies, Maintenance Work Instructions, and Maintenance Procedures.2. Technical Integration & Data ManagementEstablish and fully integrate technical links between engineering, general specifications, and standards into maintenance and spare parts deliverables.Perform data tabulation and implementation into CMIMS/CMMS templates.Understand the functions of various equipment/instruments and maintain thorough knowledge for interpreting engineering drawings.3. Quality Assurance & ComplianceContribute to the quality assurance and control of procedures and deliverables.Vigilantly highlight any technical engineering deviations, non-conformance, or unacceptable risks to the superior hierarchy level.4. Continuous ImprovementProactively highlight engineering best practices or standards in deliverables as part of team continuous improvement initiatives.Make proposals for the overall continuous improvement of the team.CONTRACT TERMS & MOBILITY :Local employment contract within an international group entity or freelance contract, depending on profileFull remote during the preparation phase with missions in Cergy (France) and abroad at contract start for spot missions overseasExpected final project outcome:A complete and validated RCM study on critical assets and systems by end of 2026All maintenance data prepared and integrated in CMIMS by early 2027 for operational use and lifecycle follow-up.A fully defined, risk-based maintenance plan that can be directly implemented at start of operation by end of 2027.Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical, Maintenance, or Industrial Engineering, or a related fieldEnglish: B2 level mandatoryTurkish nationality or speaking people is a strong plus5+ years of experience in refining and/or petrochemicals is an advantage.Proven track record in developing and executing RCM strategies, as well as in CMIMS/CMMS and spare parts management.General understanding of equipment, methods, and processes used in oil & gas, petrochemical, or maintenance engineering environments.Strong statistical data preparation and technical reporting skills.Strong HSE culture.Possess supervision, team management, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment and under pressure.Self-motivated with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.High sense of initiative and anticipation.Ability to perform root cause analysis and develop effective solutions.
