Requisition Number: 24414BRDescriptionThe Project Assistant shall perform the Services diligently and in a timely manner and shall cooperate with all members of the project team as necessary for the successful implementation of the Project. Organising and coordinating project meetings, workshops, training activities, events and other project-related activities; Preparing meeting agendas, recording minutes of meetings, maintaining action logs and following up on agreed actions with the project team and stakeholders; Coordinating communications and information exchange between the Client, beneficiaries, project experts and other stakeholders, as instructed by the Team Leader and/or Stantec Project Manager; Assisting in the preparation, compilation, formatting, review and submission of project deliverables, reports, presentations, correspondence and other project documentation; Maintaining project records, filing systems, contact databases, document management platforms and project correspondence; Supporting project planning, scheduling, progress monitoring and reporting activities; Assisting the Stantec Project Manager in project management, contract administration and other project-related management tasks as may be required from time to time; Performing any other duties reasonably assigned by the Stantec Project Manager or Team Leader in connection with the implementation of the Project.Qualifications 0 to 2 years of work experience Must be a graduate from a reputable University in Business Administration, English Language, or similar Must have experience in using MS Office applications Very good English communication skillsAbout StantecWe’re active members of the communities we serve.
