As per the Ministry of Labour and Social Security, the minimum wage for packing staff in Turkey is 26,005 TL net per month as of 1 January 2026. Overtime must be paid at 150% of the hourly rate after 45 hours per week.

Foreign packing staff must obtain a work permit from the Ministry of Labour and Social Security before starting employment in 2026. The application requires a valid passport, residence permit application, and employer sponsorship letter submitted via e-Devlet by 31 March 2026.

Packing staff positions in Turkey require completion of primary education and no prior experience as of 2026. Applicants must be at least 18 years old and pass a basic health check at an authorized occupational physician.
