What We’reLooking For
A minimum of 3 years of experience as anAssistant Restaurant Manager or Restaurant Manager in a Luxury Hotel ispreferred.
Demonstrated expertise as a RestaurantManager or in a comparable Leadership Position within an upscale Japaneseconcept restaurant, ideally in a dynamic, opulent environment featuringperformances by world-renowned DJs.
Extensive knowledge of Japanese cuisine,culture, and dining etiquette, coupled with an Authentic Passion for deliveringa captivating and immersive Dining Concept.
A Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Managementor a related field (preferred).
Flexibility towork a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays, based on therequirements of the Hotel.
Computer literacy, with a mastery of Word, Excel, andOutlook, while possessing an exceptional knowledge of Restaurant Managementsoftware and POS systems.
