Job Description
Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and a positive dining experience for all guests.Manage and motivate a diverse team of staff, providing training, performance evaluations, and conflict resolution.Implement and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene, adhering to all health and safety regulations.Control inventory and manage food costs, minimizing waste and maximizing profitability through effective purchasing and stock management. Education: A bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field is preferred.Qualifications: Proven experience in restaurant management, preferably within an Arabic or Middle Eastern cuisine setting.Certifications: Food safety certification and relevant hospitality certifications are highly desirable.Industry of Work Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, with a focus on restaurant operations.
