A new restaurant opening soon in Ajman seeks an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations and build a strong service team.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily restaurant operations
Lead and supervise staff
Maintain high service and food quality standards
Handle customer concerns and ensure guest satisfaction
Monitor inventory, ordering, and cost control
Support marketing and promotional activities
Train and motivate the team to meet sales targets
