Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the daily operations of our casual dining restaurant. The ideal candidate must have proven experience in casual dining restaurant concepts and a strong ability to lead front-of-house teams, maintain excellent guest service standards, and ensure smooth restaurant operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in managing the daily operations of the restaurant to ensure smooth service.
• Supervise front-of-house staff and ensure adherence to company service standards.
• Monitor restaurant cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Ensure proper opening and closing procedures are followed.
• Maintain high levels of guest satisfaction through exceptional service.
• Handle guest feedback, complaints, and service recovery professionally.
• Ensure guests receive a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience.
• Supervise, train, and motivate service staff including servers, hosts, and cashiers.
• Assist in staff scheduling, shift planning, and manpower allocation.
Requirements
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a Casual Dining Restaurant.
• Previous experience as Assistant Restaurant Manager / Supervisor in a casual dining concept.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Good knowledge of restaurant operations, POS systems, and service standards.
Preferred Skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to handle peak service hours and operational challenges.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
