Job Description
• Precision Welding: Perform high-quality GTAW (Gas Tungsten Arc Welding) on various alloys to precise tolerances.
• Blueprint Interpretation: Read technical drawings, blueprints, and weld symbols to determine, layout, and plan welding procedures.
• Equipment Setup: Set up and maintain welding equipment (torch, gas tanks, fillers) to ensure safety and performance.
• Material Preparation: Cut, grind, and prepare metal components for welding, including assembling and aligning pieces.
• Quality Inspection: Inspect finished welds for quality, accuracy, and structural integrity using precision tools like calipers or gauges.
• Safety Adherence: Follow safety procedures, including wearing proper PPE and maintaining a clean work environment
