Join us in making a difference!The RoleThe Domestic Cleaner is responsible for delivering high-quality cleaning services while fostering respectful and positive interactions with clients, their families, staff, and others, always reflecting Amana Living’s Core Values. This role is being offered on a Casual basis, driving to different clients’ homes throughout the day.Key ResponsibilitiesCleaning ServicesDeliver a high standard of cleaning across clients' homes to maintain a safe, healthy, and comfortable environment.Follow individual care plans to ensure consistent and hygienic cleaning, helping reduce the risk of infection.Use appropriate cleaning products and equipment supplied by Amana Living, in line with the Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) and product instructions.Adhere strictly to health and safety guidelines, including the correct and consistent use of personal protective equipment (PPE).Understand and follow Safety Data Sheets (SDS) to ensure safe handling, application, and disposal of cleaning chemicals.Safety & ComplianceComply with Amana Living’s Support at Home policies and procedures.Follow infection control standards and safe work practices at all times.Support and promote occupational health and safety compliance in line with Amana Living’s regulations.Ensure timely reporting of any incidents or hazards as per procedures.Personal Conduct & DevelopmentEngage respectfully and professionally with clients, their families, staff, and others in the work environment, demonstrating Amana Living’s Core Values.Attend mandatory training sessions and staff meetings as required by the Hospitality Consultant.Take responsibility for improving work practices and contributing to personal and professional development.About YouYou are a reliable and professional individual who takes pride in delivering high-quality cleaning services while building positive relationships with clients, their families, and team members.
