Job Description
The Role Our Crestmead dairy site near Logan, south of Brisbane, manufactures and distributes a range of milk and milk-based products, made with fresh milk sourced direct from 35 dairy farms in the south-east Queensland region. Producing around 100 million litres of product per year! Due to continued growth and the introduction of an additional production shift, we are seeking enthusiastic and self‑motivated Production Operators to join our team. We have multiple permanent opportunities available across fixed Morning, Afternoon, and Night shifts, offering stability and long‑term career prospects within a well‑established operation.Key ResponsibilitiesSupporting production lines through rotating operational activitiesOperating bottle fillers and associated upstream and downstream equipmentCompleting and maintaining quality, testing, and production documentationProactively identifying and resolving issues to ensure smooth production flowWorking collaboratively within the team and contributing to continuous improvement initiativesAbout YouExperience in FMCG manufacturing and/or warehousing/logisticsMechanical aptitude with the ability to assist in basic troubleshootingConfidence using technology for production, safety, quality, and reporting systemsA strong commitment to teamwork, safety, and quality standardsHigh attention to detail and a willingness to learnForklift licence/experience (highly regarded but not essential)Bega Group Story Bega Group is home to many trusted and iconic food and beverage brands.
