To find out more about our organisation visit www.millenniumsg.com.The RoleWe are seeking a dedicated and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to lead our cleaning team and ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across our facilities.This role is ideal for individuals who love working in a fast-paced environment, have great attention to detail, and enjoy creating clean and welcoming spaces for our clients and customers.Full-time position available.ROSTERMonday - Thursday and Sunday: 06:00 AM to 14:06PMKey ResponsibilitiesSupervise and support a small team of cleanersEffective task scheduling to ensure deadlines and SLAs are met.Ability to prioritize tasks under pressure.Assigning duties, conducting spot checks, and ensuring task completion.Supporting staff with guidance and mentorship.Oversee and participate in daily cleaning operations within the store.Meet rotations and KPI's for our client site.Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.Maintain cleaning equipment and ensure all tools are in good working condition.Respond to client requests and feedbackMaintain Rosters and provide shift coverage when requiredRecruit and onboard new team membersTaking immediate and appropriate action during accidents or hazards.About YouStrong cleaning experience is required.Experience in supervising and managing a tea,Excellent communication skills (oral and written)Good organizational and time-management skills.Good client management skills.Ability to train and mentor staff effectively.Knowledge and experience of cleaning techniques, materials, and equipment.Familiarity with health and safety regulations and procedures.Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.Basic computer and phone application knowledge.Ability to verify certain requirements.Knowledge of TBT training, roster management, stock ordering.📌You must have valid work rights in Australia.Why Join Us?This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate.
