As we continue to grow across Australia, we’re seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Enrolments Administrator to join our growing team on the Gold Coast on a 12 month contract.About YouYou are someone who thrives on organisation, accuracy, and clear communication, and you understand the importance of enrolments in the early childhood sector.What You’ll BringCurrent, hands-on experience within the Early Childhood Education & Care sector A high level of accuracy and attention to detail, with confidence managing complex data Proven ability to prioritise and manage workloads across multiple centres in a fast-paced environment Clear, professional communication skills, both written and verbal Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to partner effectively with Centre Managers and internal teams A solid understanding of enrolment processes, compliance, and regulatory requirements Desirable (but not essential):Experience using Kidsoft and/or LineLeader Knowledge of Child Care Subsidy (CCS) and Additional Child Care Subsidy (ACCS) Experience using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Administrative or enrolments experience in a multi-site environment What a Day In This Role Looks LikeOwn enrolment management for a portfolio of 10-15 centres Manage enrolments end to end, including new starts, waitlists, changes to care, and withdrawals Partner closely with Centre Managers, Operations Managers, and families to resolve enrolment matters efficiently and professionally Confidently use enrolment and CRM systems such as Kidsoft and LineLeader (experience advantageous) Interpret and respond to parent statements of account with clarity and professionalism Apply working knowledge of Child Care Subsidy (CCS) requirements and processes Support CCS and ACCS processes where required Maintain accurate, compliant, and up-to-date enrolment data across systems Benefits of working with us; Plenty of parking - paid for by us each day!
