Job Summary: A leading hand role where you will play a crucial role in supervising small on-site teams, while also actively participating in plumbing tasks for commercial and medical fitouts, and high-end home construction, to ensure the successful completion of projects while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.Key Responsibilities:•  Supervise and lead small on-site teams in plumbing projects, maintaining a hands-on approach.•  Read and interpret digital drawings and specifications with supplied ipad•  Troubleshoot and diagnose plumbing issues, providing effective solutions and translating scopes of work for necessary repairs.•  Communicate effectively with builders and clients to understand their needs and deliver excellent customer service.•  Ensure adherence to all health and safety regulations and practices.•  Maintain accurate records and documentation of all work completed within job management app.What We're Looking For:•  Formal qualifications in Cert 4 Plumbing with 5 years of experience in a similar role.•  Skilled in small scale drainage and stackwork•  Able to also execute rough ins, and fit-outs.•  Proficiency in the installation and maintenance of plumbing systems in both residential and commercial projects.•  Highly skilled in reading, interpreting, and applying hydraulics and architectural drawings to on-site installations, including detailed set outs.•  Strong understanding of local building and plumbing codes and regulations to ensure compliance.•  Excellent customer service skills with the ability to address client concerns effectively.•  Have Australian drivers licence, white card, and able obtain police check certificate.Benefits:•  Take home company vehicle, tolls and petrol card.•  Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications.•  Opportunities for professional development and extra training certificates•  A supportive team environment that values safety and quality workmanship.•  Opportunities to work over time at double time rate.
