At Guardteck, a division of Kandor Management, we are enhancing our security services with a new Casual Security Officer role. Candidates must have a valid AB Security license and a year of security experience, ensuring compliance with property regulations while supporting community safety. You'll engage with clients, assist emergency personnel, and maintain a proactive presence across various spaces.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide First Aid and emergency support as needed
• Enforce access control and property regulations
• Conduct detailed incident investigations and reports
• Maintain visibility through foot patrols of properties
• Address and de-escalate potential crises
Requirements:
• Valid AB Security license and First Aid Certification
• 1 year of security experience preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective teamwork
