Job Description
You will join our Home Depot project for HVAC and run Home Depot leads.

The Role

We are looking for a straight-up closer. This is a 100% commission role for someone who knows how to sell HVAC systems. We provide the leads; you run the appointments and close the jobs.

Commission Structure

Pay is based on the product/tier sold:
• Tier 1 Products: 5% Commission
• Tier 2 Products: 7% Commission
• Tier 3 Products (High-Efficiency/Full Systems): 10% Commission
• Sell better equipment, make a higher percentage. No cap on earnings.

What You’ll Do
• Run pre-set residential leads (no cold calling).
• Evaluate existing HVAC systems and ductwork.
• Present options ranging from basic swaps to high-efficiency upgrades.
• Handle all sales paperwork and financing applications on-site.

Requirements
• Must have Sales Experience (HVAC, Solar, or Home Services highly preferred).
• 100% Commission Mindset: You want the high upside of performance-based pay.
• Functional Vehicle: Required for home visits
• Physically Able: Must be able to check units in attics, crawlspaces, or outdoors.
