Job Overview
We are seeking skilled and motivated Commercial Construction Plumbers to join our team in Edmonton with an immediate start. This role involves installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems on various construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in plumbing and related trades, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This position offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects, develop technical skills, and contribute to high-quality construction outcomes.

Responsibilities
• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems according to project specifications and blueprints
• Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings to ensure accurate installation
• Use hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment safely and effectively
• Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment as required for installation tasks
• Assist with the assembly of plumbing components and related construction elements
• Conduct routine maintenance on plumbing systems during construction phases
• Collaborate with team members to ensure project deadlines are met while maintaining safety standards
• Follow all safety protocols and adhere to building codes and regulations

Requirements
• Proven experience or training in plumbing, construction, or maintenance trades
• Mechanical knowledge including HVAC systems is a plus
• Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams accurately
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment
• Strong understanding of construction processes and safety procedures
• Capable of heavy lifting and physical work for extended periods
• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations during installations
• Knowledge of carpentry, assembly, and schematics is advantageous
• Prior experience with HVAC systems or maintenance work is desirable
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment

Pay: $21.00-$52.13 per hour
