Job Description
Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Licensed Plumber to join our Service Department. This position involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional service to clients while representing the company with professionalism and technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to scheduled service calls and emergency requests in a timely manner
• Diagnose plumbing issues on-site and recommend appropriate repair solutions
• Perform repairs, maintenance, and installation of plumbing fixtures, piping systems, sump pumps, and more
• Accurately document work performed, materials used, and time spent on service reports
• Communicate effectively with customers to explain plumbing issues and recommended solutions
• Ensure all work is performed to code and adheres to safety and quality standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the service vehicle and job site
• Collaborate with dispatch and office staff to ensure smooth scheduling and workflow
• Mentor apprentices or junior plumbers when applicable

Requirements:
• Valid plumbing license
• Minimum 5 years of plumbing experience
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Familiarity with mobile work order apps or service management software (preferred)
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Availability for after-hours or on-call service rotation (as needed)
