Labourer – Welding Shop

We are looking for a reliable Experienced Labourer to join our welding shop team. This is a hands-on role supporting welders and fabricators with daily production tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
• Cut, grind, and prepare metal for welding
• Assist welders and fabricators as needed
• Operate basic shop tools and equipment
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
• Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements

Requirements:
• Previous labour or shop experience required
• Ability to handle physically demanding work
• Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn
• Able to follow instructions and work in a team
• Ability to pass a drug and alcohol test
• Valid driver’s licence
• Steel toe CSA approved boots
