Job Overview:

Unity Recruitments Inc. is currently hiring skilled TIG Welders for our client in Mississauga. This is a long-term opportunity for experienced welders who can deliver high-quality, precise welds on various metal components, including stainless steel and aluminum.
Key Responsibilities:
β€’ Perform TIG (GTAW) welding on stainless steel, aluminum, and other metals
β€’ Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding symbols
β€’ Set up welding equipment and adjust settings based on material and job requirements
β€’ Ensure high-quality welds with attention to detail and accuracy
β€’ Inspect finished welds to ensure they meet specifications and standards
β€’ Maintain a clean and safe work environment
β€’ Follow all workplace safety regulations and company policies

Requirements:
β€’ Proven experience as a TIG Welder
β€’ Ability to weld stainless steel and aluminum with precision
β€’ Strong understanding of welding techniques and equipment
β€’ Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
β€’ Good attention to detail and quality control
β€’ Willingness to work flexible shifts (Monday to Sunday)
β€’ CWB certification is an asset
