Job Description
ASME Engineering Ltd is looking for an experienced Fabricator/Welder to join our workshop team. The successful candidate will be responsible for fabricating and welding structural steel components to a high standard while working safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
• Fabricate and weld structural steelwork from engineering drawings.
• Read and interpret fabrication drawings and specifications.
• Carry out MIG welding to a high standard.
• Operate workshop machinery and hand tools safely.
• Assemble steel components accurately and within tolerances.
• Perform quality checks on completed work.
• Work independently and as part of a team to meet production deadlines.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
• Follow all company Health & Safety procedures.

Requirements
• Previous experience as a Fabricator/Welder in a structural steel environment.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Competent in MIG welding (structural steel experience preferred).
• Good attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Right to work in the UK.
