We are seeking a motivated Diploma Electric Trainee to join our dynamic team in the production of electric bicycle hub motors. The trainee will work closely with the engineering and manufacturing teams to gain hands-on experience in the design, assembly, and testing of electric bicycle hub motors. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about electric vehicle technologies and are eager to develop skills in the field of motor manufacturing and assembly.

Key Responsibility

Assist in Motor Assembly

Testing and Quality Assurance

Maintenance and Repairs

Technical Skills

Basic understanding of electrical components, such as motors, controllers, and sensors.

Familiarity with electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and assembly instructions.

Practical knowledge of tools and equipment used in motor assembly and testing.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in the assembly or maintenance of electric motors, particularly in the e-bike industry

Basic knowledge of electrical safety standards and compliance requirements.

Familiarity with motor testing equipment and software.

Physical Requirements

Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with standing, bending, and lifting involved.

Comfort with handling small parts and tools during the assembly and testing processes.
