JOB OVERVIEW
The Plumber will be responsible for handling plumbing-related work across head office and site locations, ensuring smooth functioning of systems during possession and post-possession stages.
JOB DESCRIPTION RESPONSIBILITIES
ā¢ Support plumbing work during flat, office, and shop possession
ā¢ Handle customer complaints related to plumbing after possession
ā¢ Assist in maintenance of common area plumbing systems (water tanks, STP, pipelines)
ā¢ Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, fittings, and valves
ā¢ Detect and fix leaks, blockages, and pipe damages
ā¢ Coordinate with civil and maintenance teams at site
ā¢ Follow all safety standards and site regulations
SKILLS REQUIREMENTS
ā¢ Basic knowledge of plumbing tools and equipment
ā¢ Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
ā¢ Prior experience in residential or commercial projects preferred
REGULAR WORK DETAILS
(To be filled as per role-specific daily/weekly tasks)
Qualifications
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION (FOR PLUMBER)
ā¢ Minimum 10th Pass (SSC) or equivalent
ā¢ ITI Certificate in Plumbing (preferred)
ā¢ Certification in plumbing, pipe fitting, or sanitary work is an added advantage
