Restaurant Manager vacancy in Al-Khor QatarIndian Restaurant Manager in Al-Khor, Qatar. We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Indian Restaurant Manager to join our team in Al-Khor, Qatar. Our restaurant caters to a diverse clientele and we are looking for someone who is fluent in English and familiar with the Indian cuisine.

As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including staff management, customer service, inventory management, and financial performance.

Responsibilities
• Train, supervise and schedule staff members to ensure efficient operations
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service
• Monitor food quality and ensure that all food safety regulations are followed
• Create and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
• Control inventory levels and manage food costs
• Develop marketing initiatives to attract more customers
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
• Keep track of financial transactions and prepare reports for management
• Ensure compliance with health standards and regulations
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in a similar setting
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of Indian cuisine is essential
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate staff
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Familiarity with food safety regulations
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
SalarySalary: 1400$ per month plus benefits including free visa and ticket.
