Job Description
We are hiring a skilled and experienced MIG & ARC Welder specialized in mild steel fabrication works to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong welding experience in metal fabrication workshops and site works, with the ability to read drawings and produce high-quality welding finishes.

Key Responsibilities:
β€’ Perform MIG and ARC welding on mild steel structures and metal components.
β€’ Read and understand fabrication drawings and welding specifications.
β€’ Fabricate, assemble, and weld metal parts according to project requirements.
β€’ Ensure welding quality, alignment, and finishing standards are maintained.
β€’ Operate welding machines, grinders, and fabrication tools safely.
β€’ Inspect welded surfaces and structures to identify defects.
β€’ Follow workshop and site safety procedures at all times.
β€’ Coordinate with fabrication and production teams to complete work on schedule.

Requirements:
β€’ Minimum 2–5 years of experience in MIG and ARC welding.
β€’ Strong experience in mild steel fabrication and structural works.
β€’ Ability to read technical drawings and measurements.
β€’ Knowledge of welding safety standards and fabrication processes.
β€’ Ability to work independently and under pressure.
