As a Parcel Delivery Driver/Rider, you will be responsible for collecting and delivering parcels in a timely, safe, and professional manner. This role is performance-based, with pay determined according to parcel weight and delivery type.

- Collect and deliver parcels to customers accurately and on schedule
- Handle same-day deliveries (SDD), locker deliveries, and special collections when assigned
- Provide courteous and professional service at every interaction
- Ensure parcels are handled with care and safety standards are met
- Maintain the assigned vehicle (if provided) in good working condition
