Job Description
1. Daily communication of driver problem solving;
2. Driver emotion counselling;
3. Driver safety training;
4. other job requirements assigned by the company
5. Training work experience is preferred
6. Responsible for the driver's daily questions;
7. Responsible for driver training;
8. Connect to tasks issued by the platform;
Assist drivers to register platform accounts, manage registration platform and manage driver information. Data. Build communication platforms, such as wechat groups, and manage personnel. Solve the driver account problem, timely feedback to the headquarters and request help to solve the problem if it cannot be solved. Complete the job requirements assigned by superiors.
Job Requirements:
1. Strong initiative, positive work attitude;
2. Have a strong ambition, good communication and expression.Ability to cope with emergencies and solve problems, good psychological quality;
3. Good team spirit and customer service awareness.
