Why This Role?

This isn't just a packing job. It is a front-row seat to the A-Z of E-commerce operations. At our fast-growing startup, the fulfillment team is the heartbeat of the business. You will work at the intersection of logistics, inventory management, and creative marketing.

For those who prove their mettle, this role is a stepping stone; we offer a clear path to transition into Marketing, Marketplace Management, or Operations roles based on performance.

• Order Precision: Assemble daily orders accurately by shipping location and category, ensuring every customer receives exactly what they ordered.
• Quality Assurance: Inspect every item and package for defects—you are the final line of defense for our brand's reputation.
• Logistics Mastery: Weigh, seal, and label packages appropriately while maintaining meticulous records of delivery notes and invoices.
• Inventory & Strategy: Work closely with Marketplace Managers to conduct stock checks and provide insights on inventory flow.
• Creative Collaboration: Assist the marketing team with creative packaging, promotional inserts, and seasonal campaign executions.
• Workspace Excellence: Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation to optimize fulfillment speed.
Requirements & Preferred Skills
• Operational Mindset: Knowledge of packing and shipping procedures is a plus, but a willingness to learn is essential.
• Numerical Fluency: Comfortable with basic arithmetic for inventory counting and shipping dimensions.
• Resilience: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy startup environment.
• Meticulous Detail: You notice the small things that others miss—from a smudged label to a slightly damaged box.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to coordinate effectively with the warehouse and management teams.
• Eligibility: Must be a Singaporean or Permanent Resident (PR).
