Key Responsibilities:
• Provide executive & admin support to Chef Owner & Head of Operations
• Manage calendars, meetings, travel (flights, hotels, visas) & schedules
• Prepare documents, coordinate calls across time zones
• Handle expenses, claims, invoicing & track deadlines/priorities
• Liaise with external partners (agencies, event organisers, collaborators)
• Support stakeholder communications & ad-hoc projects
• Assist procurement of supplies & oversee warehouse inventory
• Conduct stock counts & maintain inventory records
• Coordinate logistics, shipping & merchandise dispatch
• Manage e-commerce (Amazon storefront, listings, billing, inquiries)
• Support finance (invoicing, payment follow-ups, filing systems)
• Assist in projects, monitor progress & perform ad-hoc duties

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar administrative or executive support role.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Drive).
• Organised, proactive, and resourceful, with excellent time management and follow-up skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Able to handle confidential information with maturity and discretion.
• Adaptable and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• A collaborative team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
