Experienced Non Commissioned Security Officer - $18

We are currently hiring experienced security officers to provide outstanding customer service while ensuring the safety and security of a Corporate Campus Building in Dallas (near Hwy 75 and Park Ln $18.00/hour)

Shifts:

2nd Shift

3rd Shift

Swing Shift

Weekends included

Job Purpose:

To maintain a safe and secure environment for tenants, clients, and visitors by monitoring and patrolling the premises while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Monitor and patrol assigned areas, including lobby, floors, parking garage, elevators, loading dock, and building perimeter interior and exterior.
• Operate and observe surveillance equipment to detect and report irregularities.
• Control access points by permitting authorized entry and ensuring compliance with security procedures.
• Respond promptly to incidents, addressing policy violations in a courteous and professional manner.
• Support team operations and contribute to overall security objectives.

Qualifications & Skills
• Strong observation and judgment abilities with high attention to detail.
• Professionalism, dependability, integrity, and emotional control under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written.
• Proficiency with basic computer use and report writing.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, climb multiple flights of stairs, lift heavy objects, and respond quickly to emergencies.
• Associates must maintain a neat, professional appearance and follow company uniform and grooming standards.
