PART TIME: WEDNESDAY AND FRIDAY ONLY!! 2ND SHIFT

Responsibilities include:
• Maintain Visibility: Ensure high visibility by periodically stopping and patrolling different areas to deter criminal activity.
• Access Control / Verify Credentials: Ensure that individuals attempting to enter the facility have proper identification and access passes, such as badges, cards, or visitor passes.
• Surveillance: Continuously monitor CCTV cameras placed around the building's perimeters and gate areas to identify suspicious activities, unauthorized entry, or any security breaches.
• Monitor Entry and Exit Points: Ensure that only authorized personnel and vehicles are entering or exiting the lot by checking identification, vehicle registration, or other access control protocols.
• Log Entries: Keep a detailed log of all vehicles entering or leaving the premises, including company name, driver name, truck ID number, cargo, etc...
• Observe for Security Threats: Watch for suspicious behavior, loitering individuals, or any signs of illegal activities such as theft, vandalism, or drug use.
• Incident Reporting: Immediately report any security breaches, safety hazards, or emergencies to the appropriate authorities or management, and document the incident thoroughly

Qualifications:
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check
• Previous Class A Building Officer or HOA experience in security is strongly preferred
• Must be able to work in inclement weather
• Must have excellent customer service experience
• Must be able to walk and stand for extended periods
• Must be computer savvy
• Control room experience is strongly preferred
• Must have a professional demeanor
• Must have a minimum of 1 year of verifiable security experience
• A valid driver license is strongly recommended
• Must have a valid, non-expired guard card/security license
