Job Description
Security Guard – Fire Guard (P15 & C-99 Required)

City Safe Partners is currently hiring professional and dependable Security Guards with active P15 and C-99 certifications to join our growing team. We are seeking candidates who are customer service-oriented, reliable, and able to maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients and the public.

Candidates must have flexible availability, including weekends and holidays (Monday–Sunday).

Responsibilities
• Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a safe and secure environment
• Enforce safety and security procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response protocols
• Patrol premises regularly and monitor surveillance equipment
• Inspect buildings, access points, and equipment to identify and report security risks
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner
• Prepare detailed incident and activity reports
• Prevent loss and damage by reporting irregularities and policy violations
• Maintain a visible security presence at assigned locations
• Qualifications
• Active NYS Security Guard License (Guard Card)
• Active P15 Certification REQUIRED
• Active C-99 Certification REQUIRED
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Must speak, read, and write English fluently
• Ability to stand for long periods during an entire shift
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
