Unarmed and Armed Security Officers

Security Officers needed in Chicago, IL for a senior living facility
• Armed Security Officer
• * PT/FT - 3rd shift - $23.50/hr - Weekly Pay
• Unarmed Security Officer
• * PT/FT - 10am-6pm - $20.50/hr - Weekly Pay

Requirements for all Security Officers
• Valid Driver's License with clean driving record
• PERC card
• Pass Background Check
• Pass drug screen, including marijuana

Additional Requirements for Armed Officers
• FOID
• FCC
• 40 hours of armed security training

Responsibilities
• Access Control: Security guards manage access to the facility, ensuring that only authorized personnel and visitors are allowed entry. This helps maintain a secure environment.
• Resident Safety: They monitor resident areas, respond to emergency calls, and provide assistance in case of accidents or medical emergencies.
• Property Protection: Security guards safeguard the facility against theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access. Their presence deters potential security threats.
• Crowd Control: During events or gatherings, security guards manage crowds to maintain order and prevent disturbances.
