Job Description
• *Housekeeper / Residential Cleaner (Cape Town)
• *The Opportunity

You won’t be chasing random jobs, dealing with unreliable clients, or wondering when your next booking is coming.

Instead, you’ll be assigned to consistent homes in the same area, follow a clear system, and become known for delivering high-quality, professional results.

This role is for experienced cleaners who can step in, follow direction, and execute immediately.

There is a short 7–10 day ramp-up period, where you’ll align with our standards and expectations under a manager — not training from scratch.

In your first 30–60 days, you will:
• Follow a structured cleaning system and checklist exactly as instructed
• Deliver consistent, high-quality residential cleans
• Take before-and-after photos to document your work
• Work directly under a manager and follow direction without deviation

By month 3+, you will:
• Become a go-to cleaner for recurring clients
• Handle homes independently while maintaining company standards
• Improve speed and efficiency without sacrificing quality
• Earn access to more jobs and higher pay opportunities
• *Why This Role Is Different**

Most cleaning jobs are inconsistent and unstructured. This isn’t.
• Consistent Work → No guessing when you’ll get your next job
• Manager-Led → Clear direction on every job
• Proven System → You follow what works
• Reliable Payments → Paid on time, every time
• Growth Path → More responsibility = more income

We handle
• Client booking and scheduling
• Customer communication
• Standards and expectations
• Ongoing oversight

You focus on executing at a high level.
• *What You Get
• Stable, consistent income
• More hours as you prove reliability
• Performance-based increases
• Clear expectations on every job
• Direct support from a manager
• *Who This Is For

This is for someone who:
• Has prior professional cleaning experience
• Follows instructions without needing to be told twice
• Takes pride in delivering a spotless result every time
• Is reliable, consistent, and accountable
• Wants steady work instead of chasing clients
• *Who This Is NOT For
• No experience cleaning professionally
• Needs constant supervision or training
• Doesn’t follow instructions
• Cuts corners or rushes through jobs
• Looking for temporary or inconsistent work
• *The Bottom Line

If you’re experienced and tired of:
• Unstable cleaning work
• Chasing payments or clients
• No structure or standards

And you want
• Consistent jobs
• Clear direction from a manager
• Predictable income
• A path to earn more

This is where you work like a professional — not guess your way through jobs.
