Job Description
Minimum Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Cleaning, Hygiene, or Pest Control industries
• Proven sales and business development experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated leadership ability
• Proficiency in CRM systems
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Business Development
• Achieve weekly sales targets, including calls, appointments, and conversions
• Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities and contracts
• Conduct site assessments and prepare detailed proposals
• Negotiate terms and successfully close deals
• Maintain and update a robust CRM pipeline
Financial Management
• Prepare accurate costings for proposals and contracts
• Ensure all deals are profitable and aligned with company objectives
Administration & Compliance
• Ensure all required documentation is completed and properly maintained
• Follow disciplined administrative processes
• Ensure full compliance with company policies and procedures
