Job DescriptionPurpose of the job:To maintain the overall effectiveness of equipment and plant on siteResponsibilitiesFactory environment – hot and noisyRequired to work outside of normal working hours (after hours and over time)Working with and on heavy equipment and plant (technical and mechanical)Clean Dividers as per the supplier recommendations.Lubricate divider.Strat divider to check that all oil oiling ports are open and delivering lubrication oil.Inspect Divider after cleaning, do daily checks as per supplier guidelines.Report any damages to shift foreman.Assist with divider change overs.Assist with Divider standard deviation recordings of dough pieces.Weekly and monthly lubrication of dividers.Assist Artisan in the make up area.Values and attitudesInnovation/Continuous ImprovementsTeamworkAccountabilityPunctual and reliableSense of urgency/results orientationQualification RequirementsMatricExperience Requirements1 years’ experience in a production factoryKey OutputsExpert knowledge in engineeringBasic welding, grinding and painting will be an added advantageIndustry knowledge – Food safety and Health and safetyAnalytical skillsAccuracy / Attention to detailCommunication skillsDecision making abilityProblem solving ability
