Job Description
A modern and technology-driven security company, is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and manage their guarding division. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operational management of security personnel, client service delivery, and maintaining high operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily security operations and deployment of guards
• Supervise site supervisors and security officers
• Conduct regular site inspections and client visits
• Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and replacements
• Ensure compliance with PSIRA regulations and company procedures
• Handle incident reporting and operational documentation
• Address client concerns and maintain strong client relationships
• Recruit, train, and discipline security personnel
• Maintain high service standards across all security sites

Minimum Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in the security industry
• Previous experience managing security operations or multiple security sites
• Strong leadership and staff management skills
• Good communication and problem-solving ability
• PSIRA registered (Grade A preferred)
• Valid driver’s license
• Knowledge of security compliance and operational procedures Advantageous:
• Background in SAPS, military, or senior security supervision
• Experience managing 30+ guards or multiple sites
• Strong understanding of security technology (CCTV, control rooms, access control)
