A well reputed company in Bahrain looking for Cleaning Operations Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

β€’ Leads cleaners on cleaning activities
β€’ Oversee staff on a daily basis and briefing the staff for daily tasks
β€’ Check all designated areas for cleanliness
β€’ Schedule shifts and arrange for replacements in cases of absence
β€’ Establish and leads staff on cleanliness, tidiness and hygiene standards
β€’ Motivate team members and resolve any issues that occur on the job
β€’ Respond to customer complaints and special requests
β€’ Monitor and replenish cleaning products stock
β€’ Participate in large cleaning projects as required
β€’ Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation policies in all areas

Requirements :

β€’ Minimum 3-4 years of experience in same field is a must
β€’ Ability to use industrial cleaning equipment and products
β€’ Excellent organizational and team management skills
β€’ Must have a valid Bahrain Driving License
