Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Lead Facilities Cleaning Supervisor to manage and oversee all cleaning and sanitation operations for their extensive facilities in Montreal, Quebec, CA . This critical on-site role ensures the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety are maintained across all properties. You will be responsible for leading a team of cleaning staff, developing efficient cleaning schedules, procuring and managing cleaning supplies and equipment, and conducting regular inspections to ensure quality and compliance. Responsibilities: Supervise and lead a team of cleaning and janitorial staff. Develop and implement comprehensive cleaning schedules and procedures.
