Job Title: Common Area Cleaner – Condo Townhome Corporation (Part Time)

Company: Primo Cleaning Inc.

Location: Dundas Street East & Queen Frederica Drive, Mississauga, ON

Compensation: $686.00 monthly flat rate

Schedule: 3 cleans per week

Days Required: Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday

Required Cleaning Window:

Monday & Saturday: Cleaning must be started between 7:00 AM and 12:00 PM

Wednesday: Cleaning must be started between 7:00 AM and 8:00 AM

All cleaning must be fully completed before 12:00 PM. No exceptions.

Job Description

Primo Cleaning Inc. is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented cleaner for a condo townhouse corporation common area cleaning position in Mississauga. This role involves basic common area cleaning across three residential buildings and is ideal for someone looking for extra income or steady side work with a fixed weekly schedule.

All cleaning supplies, chemicals, and equipment are provided.

Responsibilities
• Sweep and mop common area floors
• Vacuum hallways and entrance areas
• Clean glass entrance doors and touch points
• Dust surfaces, ledges, and railings
• Empty garbage bins and replace liners
• Maintain overall cleanliness of shared spaces
• Report any issues or concerns when necessary

Requirements
• Must live within a maximum 15 minutes of Dundas Street East & Queen Frederica Drive
• Must have a reliable vehicle
• Must be reliable and punctual
• Able to work independently
• Cleaning experience preferred but not required
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
• No subcontractors
