Job Description
The Opportunity

Are you an experienced residential cleaner who wants a leadership role in a company that actually cares about your well-being?

We are a premium cleaning company launching in Calgary with a health-conscious approach. While we prioritize the use of non-toxic, plant-based supplies for 90% of our work, we also believe in using the "right tool for the job" to ensure a 5-star result. While our ownership manages the backend from a remote office, we need a Calgary Operations Lead to be our local anchor and the face of the brand.

The Role
• Health-Conscious Cleaning: Performing high-end residential cleans using a primarily non-toxic supply kit, with professional-grade specialty products used only when necessary for deep-clean situations.
• Operations Anchor: Acting as our local hub for equipment storage and logistics (we provide a $150/mo stipend for this).
• Quality & Training: Ensuring every home meets our "High-Performance" standard and mentoring new hires as we scale.
• App-Based Management: Using BookingKoala to manage your schedule and GPS check-ins.

What’s In It For You?
• Top-Tier Pay: $28–$32/hr—significantly above the Calgary average.
• Health-Focused Culture: We prioritize your safety and minimize the use of harsh chemicals wherever possible.
• Operations Stipend: An extra $150/month for acting as our local hub.
• Autonomy: You are the leader in Calgary. We provide the premium leads; you provide the excellence.

What We’re Looking For:
• 2+ Years Experience: Professional residential cleaning is a must.
• The "Hub": You must have a secure, clean space (closet or spare room) to act as our Calgary Inventory & Supply Point.
• Tech-Literate: Comfortable using smartphone apps for scheduling and communication.
• Vehicle: A reliable, personal vehicle is mandatory. You will be traveling to premium residential sites across Calgary and must be able to transport your professional cleaning kit and coordinate with other staff.

Pay: $28.00-$32.00 per hour
