Part-Time Security Guards Required

Schedule: Sun & Mon 12.00 am to 8.00 am (Overnight Shift). Total: 16 hours per week. Pay rate: $18.73 per hour.

Requirements
• Alberta Security License
• First Aid/CPR
• WHIMS
• Previous experience in Security
• Ability to work day shifts

Duties
• Perform multiple full perimeter patrols during 8-hour shift
• Patrol basements, mechanical/electrical rooms, vacant units, and storage rooms twice per shift.
• Conduct exterior patrols of rooftops, stairwells, garbage enclosures, and loading docks.
• Check all tenant and access doors during perimeter patrols to ensure they are locked.
• Complete hourly interior patrols of common and secured areas.
• Inspect exterior vehicles and enforce parking/MLEO ticketing if applicable.
• Observe, evaluate, and report during patrols; respond to vehicle complaints or accidents.
• Perform scheduled lock-up and open-up of common area doors.
• Provide access control as directed by site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, including fire alarms and emergencies.
• Investigate accidents, including slips, trips, and falls.
• Follow and maintain site Post Orders.
