Welders: ITI passed : Specialization in MAG welding preferably EN15085:2007 certified Job Description: To assemble / Fit / adjust (grind) and weld metal structuresand equipment through the use of welding machine (MAG),electrical grinding machine, and measuring tools. To produce metal assembly according to quality requirement,technical specifications and Method time (production time). To read and interpret drawings and Work Instruction to execute operations. To set up, operate and maintain (first level) welding equipmentand their working position (Daily clean - 5S). To understand Welderqualification, Familiar with welding symbol on drawings To understand the quality requirement and are able to stopthe work and ask for help if a problem occurs they cannot resolveby themselves as per the company criteria (Safety, Quality, Time) To understand and implement personal and company safetymeasures by wearing specialized Personal Protective Equipment(Safety shoes, Welding protection, goggles, helmets, gloves,earplugs...) Communication skills are essential to work and interact withteam members. Report work related accidents, or other injuries immediately upon occurence to manager/supervisor. Identify and correct unsafe work procedures or conditions and/or report them to management and security/safety personnel. You don’t need to be a train enthusiast to thrive with us.
