Job Description
We are seeking motivated individuals who have experience in a concrete manufacturing environment to assist in the overall operational performance of our Pokeno Factory. As an Production Technician, you will help the team achieve the planned outputs & production schedule while keeping team morale positive and engaged as well as actively promote a positive health and safety culture.Key Responsibilities Will Include Ensure production schedule is adhered to, to ensure achievement of the production plan Mould set up, mould assembly, reinforcement assembly, casting of concrete, concrete pouring, formwork stripping, cleaning, finishing works and any other task required to safely manufacture products Dismantle forms after concrete has cured. Strip and mark product based on production drawing Operate power tools, forklift, tying & rolling wires & pour concrete Tends portable concrete-mixing machine and hand-casts structural concrete products, shovels sand, cement, gravel, or pumice into mixing machine To ensure quality control sheets are used, checked as intended and non-conformances are immediately acted upon.
