The Role InvolvesCarrying out CCTV operations and surveys using tractor and push camerasPreparing, editing, and revising drainage inspection plans and mapsAccurately interpreting wastewater and stormwater plansAssisting with clearing blockages across networksInterpreting CCTV survey logs and extracting relevant informationUsing CCTV technology to support fault-finding and problem-solvingWhat You’ll NeedExcellent understanding of Wastewater networks and maintenance. Sound knowledge of plant and equipment required for wastewater activities. The ability to read and interpret plans (or willingness to learn)Proficient in Wincan, Cleanflow, GIS and the NZ Pipe Inspection Manual. We need someone who is able and willing to participate in the on-call and standby roster.You will need to be physically fit, health and safety focused and work well in a team as well as independently.A full class 1 licence and an ability to drive a manual is also essential. All preferred candidates will be required to complete preemployment checks to the employer’s satisfaction.
