Job Description
We're looking for a customer-focused, hands-on team player to join our team in Naenae. This is a varied role combining customer service, sales support, and warehouse operations — perfect for someone who enjoys working directly with customers and takes pride in getting the details right, every time.You'll become the go-to product expert for our watermain, wastewater, and gas (pressure systems) customers, working closely with the wider Team and Branch network to deliver an outstanding customer experience from order through to despatch.What You'll Be DoingBuilding strong relationships with customers through product knowledge, advice, and reliable serviceManaging customer orders end-to-end through our ERP system (M3)Overseeing inwards goods — checking, receipting, and storing stock accurately and efficientlyPicking, packing, and despatching orders with the correct documentationHandling day-to-day administration: invoicing, credits, quotes, and inventory recordsMaintaining stock levels, participating in stocktakes and cycle countsOperating a forklift to move product safely around siteKeeping the branch and yard clean, tidy, and well presentedFollowing all health, safety, and environmental procedures, and looking out for your teammates What We're Looking For A genuine passion for delivering great customer serviceStrong communication skills and a team-first attitudeComfortable multitasking and staying accurate under pressureGood computer literacy (Outlook, Excel, ERP systems)A full New Zealand Class 1 driver licence with F (forklift) endorsement — essentialExperience in the water industry or knowledge of related products is an advantageA reasonable level of physical fitness, as the role involves some heavy liftingWillingness to be available for occasional after-hours call outs Why Join Us?
