This role coordinates crews, equipment, and materials for asphalt and chip seal surfacing jobs, and monitors work progress to maintain smooth finishes and accurate levels. The Paving Supervisor reviews project plans, sets work schedules, assigns tasks, and provides hands-on guidance to team members on site.
